Konnet speaks your systems' language
A documented REST API, webhooks, and a standard MCP server: connect your CRM, ERP, billing, and payment gateways so conversations truly execute and your data feeds AI-powered dashboards. Your API is connected in about 5 minutes.
POST /api/v1/query { "source": "your-crm", "action": "check-balance", "customer": "..." } 200 OK · the flow continues with the real data
Choose how to connect; the result is the same
REST API + webhooks
OpenAPI-documented endpoints to query and act on Konnet, and webhooks that notify your systems of every flow event: payment received, document validated, ticket created.
Your API, connected in 5 minutes
The Konnet Core assistant resolves the integration from your documentation URL (OpenAPI or Postman) and builds the connector through configuration. No code to write, and none of the 2-week to 2-month project of a manual integration.
MCP in both directions
Your sources are published as a standard MCP server so you can connect them to Claude or to your own agents; and Konnet consumes third-party MCP servers as just another source.
Ready for the age of agents
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI agents use to connect to tools and data. Konnet implements it as a standard JSON-RPC server: every source you connect can be exposed to your agents with a URL, with personal data protected by design.
- Standard JSON-RPC 2.0: compatible with Claude and every MCP client
- Personal data filtered out before serving third parties
- Usage audited per call, with per-consumer keys
POST /mcp/your-source/rpc { "jsonrpc": "2.0", "method": "tools/call", "params": { "name": "query" } } 200 OK · data served · no PII
Connected does not mean exposed
Encrypted credentials
Your systems' keys are stored encrypted; they never live in code or in technical logs.
Least privilege
Each integration accesses only what it needs, with permissions per role, company, and branch.
Per-call auditing
Every sensitive operation is recorded: who, what, when, and on which data.
ISO guidelines
Architecture designed under ISO 27001, 27701, and 27018, with strict per-company isolation.
Frequently asked questions about integrations and API
What does the Konnet API offer?
A documented REST API your systems use to read and write on the platform: triggering messaging flows, querying conversation results, registering customers, and feeding data sources. Authentication uses per-company keys with role-based permissions, and responses follow a consistent, versioned format. Everything the interface does, your team can automate through the API.
How do webhooks work?
Konnet notifies your systems the moment something happens: an executed payment, a validated document, a confirmed order, or a conversation transferred to an agent. You register your endpoint's URL, choose the events, and every notification arrives signed so your system can verify the origin. That way your ERP or CRM reacts in real time without polling the API.
What is Konnet's MCP server?
It is the door through which AI agents access your connected sources using Model Context Protocol, the industry's open standard. Each source you publish exposes a menu of tools the agent understands: what it can query, what it can manage, and within which limits. Access uses dedicated credentials, every operation is logged, and you can revoke it at any time.
Which systems does Konnet integrate with?
Any system with an API: ERPs, CRMs, electronic invoicing, e-commerce, payment gateways, and your industry's public sources. The connection assistant reads the provider's documentation and builds the integration in about 5 minutes; if the system does not publish an API, alternatives such as web portals are evaluated. The list is not closed: every new integration is configuration on the same pipeline.
How is an integration authenticated?
With per-company API keys and, for more demanding scenarios, mutual certificates (mTLS) issued from the platform itself. Your systems' credentials are stored encrypted and never shown again; keys rotate without downtime, and every call is tied to the company and role that executes it, with its trail in the audit log.
Can I test the integration before going live?
Yes. The connection assistant includes a live test that confirms the data arrives correctly before activating the source, and you can run validation queries on real data in a controlled environment. Webhooks are tested with sample events, and Konnet's technical team supports the rollout so the cutover to production comes with no surprises.
What happens if my provider changes their API?
The source is updated by editing its configuration, not by rewriting code: the assistant rereads the new documentation, detects the changes, and you approve the update. In the meantime, source errors stay visible in monitoring with clear notices, and dashboards keep the last valid data. Integration maintenance stops being a project and becomes an adjustment.
Does the API have usage limits?
Plans include quotas sized for real operation and adjusted to your volume; the limits protect the stability of the platform and of your own sources. If your case demands more capacity - bulk loads, seasonal peaks - a tailored plan is configured. Consumption is visible from the platform, so your team knows how much it uses before approaching any limit.
Which system do you want to connect first?
