Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the konnet.ai website and of Konnet's services - the transactional messaging orchestration platform (Konnet Flow) and the data copilot (Konnet Core) - operated by Konnet ia LLC ("Konnet", "we"). By using the site or contracting the services, you accept these terms.

1. Use of the site

The content of this site is informational. You agree to use it lawfully, without attempting to breach its security, extract data through unauthorized automated means, or impersonate third parties.

2. Contracting the services

Access to Konnet Flow and Konnet Core is formalized through a specific proposal or service order detailing scope, channels, volumes, and pricing. In case of conflict between that proposal and these terms, the proposal prevails.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for your team's access credentials and for the information your company uploads to or connects with the platform (data sources, catalogs, messaging templates). You must have the necessary authorizations to connect systems and to contact your customers through the enabled channels, including compliance with the policies of the messaging platforms used (for example, Meta's WhatsApp Business policies).

4. Use of artificial intelligence

The platform uses artificial intelligence models to generate responses, proposals, and dashboards. AI-generated proposals are presented for human review and approval; the customer is responsible for the final approval of the content and configurations it publishes or operates with the platform.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, trademarks, design, and content are the property of Konnet or its licensors. The data the customer connects or uploads remains the customer's property; Konnet processes it in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the agreements in place.

6. Availability and support

Konnet makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and communicate scheduled maintenance. Specific service levels, where applicable, are defined in the commercial proposal.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Konnet shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data attributable to causes beyond its reasonable control, including third-party outages (messaging platforms, infrastructure providers, or the customer's systems).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place of incorporation of Konnet ia LLC. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent judges and courts of that place, unless the parties agree otherwise.
